WLH MANAGEMENT & RESORTS, SRL, is a company of the WLHRE HOLDING SRL, group of companies, which was created as a division specialized in the administration of vacation properties, called Tourist Condominiums.
Our forte is to create high standards of service in the administration and management of residential projects developed by WLHRE Construction, an integral part of our group of companies.
Our vision and service proposal is comprehensive, going beyond the regular operation of property maintenance, creating well-being and quality of life for our clients.

Administration of Tourist Condominiums
We manage and administer the resources and needs of the residential complex, with the main objective of guaranteeing the correct operation and maintenance of the common areas, as well as the security and well-being of the residents. We guarantee efficiency in the use of the budget, the contracting and supervision of suppliers, the resolution of conflicts between residents, the organization of assemblies, among others.
Rental Pool
We manage the best profitability in the rental pool program for our clients thanks to the expertise of our collaborators, creating savings and investment opportunities. In this way, property owners can obtain a return on the rental of their properties without having to directly manage and maintain them. Our Rental Pool division is in charge of promotion, reservations, cleaning, maintenance and customer service.

Juri Franchi
Graduated from the University of Pavia in Italy, with a degree in Economics and Commerce, with more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Development business in Italy and the Dominican Republic. His trajectory in the real estate construction market covers all areas of negotiation, design, permitting, development, construction, delivery and corresponding legal documentation. Always focused on personalized service and a high quality product, which differs from the competition by the commitment to include common facilities and amenities that benefit owners and investors.
Margaret Fiorentino
Profesional graduada en Administracion de Empresas, con un master en Gestion de empresas concentracion estrategia. With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector and the real estate market.
For more than 3 years she has worked as Commercial Manager for the WLHRE group, where her expertise in sales and customer service make the difference.
Problem solving skills, responsibility and organization, an integral part of our clients' loyal relationship with our company.
Evelyn Luna
Professional graduated with a degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Universidad Nueva Esparta in Caracas - Venezuela, oriented to customer service and providing excellent services. Academically developed in recognized Venezuelan institutions, in the following areas: administrative, hotel, tourism, event organization, catering, gastronomy, bakery and pastry. More than 30 years of experience in administration and operation of hotel companies in Venezuela, tourism, vacation rental services in the Dominican Republic, as well as travel and event organization.
Skills for the design of objectives, planning of strategies and tactics oriented to the achievement of organizational goals, through the efficient use of human, financial and time resources. Management of technological tools and social networks; in addition to negotiation and effective oral presentations.
With experience in management and promotion of social responsibility activities as an added value of sustainable organizations.
